The Belly Bumper is great for both upper and lower body strengthening for your small clients. A strong PVC core is covered in foam and vinyl and then attached to two wooden panels by plastic star knobs. Have your client kneel and push the roll forward and back to strengthen arms and shoulders. Or, have the client sit on the floor, place his feet on the roller, and push back and forth to help increase thigh and calf strength.
